Welltory is turning 10! Our founder Jane shares the story behind a decade of growth
Welltory turns 10. Our founder shares the story of what it took to turn a bold idea into an app that’s changing lives — and why your support is one of the reasons we’re still here.

In a few days, Welltory turns ten. I’ve been thinking about what to say to you — and the only honest place to start is: thank you for being here with us.
When we began, this was a very bold idea — almost naive
We simply believed that data could help people take better care
of their health and feel better in their everyday lives. We didn’t fully understand how hard it would be, or how many times we would have to change, rebuild, and keep going.
But we stayed. And we stayed because you stayed with us.
There were moments when that made all the difference:
- When the product was breaking,
- When things weren’t working,
- When everything felt uncertain.
And still, people used it, wrote to us, even told us they loved it when it was barely holding together. That kind of support doesn’t just feel good — it keeps you going.
Over time, I realized something important
This has never been a one-way journey. You’ve shaped Welltory as much as we have. Not just by telling us what you need, but by how you actually use it — what you measure, what you ignore, what you return to.
We learned that people care more about understanding themselves than about perfect explanations. That data only matters when it becomes something personal. That health is not abstract — it’s daily, messy, and human.
And I think what surprises me most, after all these years, is that we’re still here — still building, learning, changing things. It doesn’t feel like a finished company. It feels alive. Like we’re at the beginning of something.
We are still here — independent, focused, on your side
Looking forward, we’re working on something we believe deeply in — a way for people to understand their health not in isolation, but in context, alongside others who experience similar patterns.
We don’t have all the answers yet. But we know the direction: more understanding, less guessing. More support, less isolation.
And if I could promise you one thing, it would be this: we will keep showing up for you — every day — and keep trying to build something that genuinely helps.
Thank you for these ten years. For trusting us, challenging us, staying with us. We’re still here because of you and for you.
